At May Fabrics, we want you to love every dress you purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit or may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

**Return Eligibility**

You may return most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- Original tags and labels must remain attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- No visible signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or perfume
- No alterations have been made to the garment
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received

**Non-Returnable Items**

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery
- Custom-made or special-order pieces (if applicable)

**How to Initiate a Return**

To start a return, please contact us at mayfabrics@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

**Return Shipping**

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation. May Fabrics is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

**Refunds**

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

**Exchanges**

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at mayfabrics@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

You may be required to cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item, depending on the circumstances.

**Defective or Incorrect Items**

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mayfabrics@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

**Processing Time**

Returns are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund or exchange has been approved.

**International Returns**

For international orders, return shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please ensure that you clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges. We recommend using a trackable international shipping method.

**Final Sale Items**

All items marked as final sale or clearance are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing final sale items.
