mayfabrics Return & Refund Policy
Your happiness with every mayfabrics piece matters to us. If something doesn't feel right, our straightforward return process is designed to make things easy.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please log into your mayfabrics account and visit “Order History,” or contact us at mayfabrics@outlook.com to request a Return Authorization.
Pack the item(s) securely—original packaging is preferred—and include any completed return form. Ship the package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items are eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of delivery at mayfabrics@outlook.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final-sale items, and personalized products cannot be returned.

Return Address
Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. After your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the correct return address and instructions by email.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
