Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, tracking and how we handle delivery issues.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment is authorized. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. High-volume periods, product availability checks, address verification or fraud screening may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer because of customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak-season demand, remote destinations or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges and Customs

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. We do not control these charges.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Tracking may take 2-5 business days to display movement after dispatch.

Address Accuracy and Changes

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order enters processing or ships. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Delays, Loss and Delivery Issues

If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, first check with household members, neighbors and the carrier, then contact us. Report suspected loss, damage or an incorrect item promptly with the order number and supporting photos. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
